About

Welcome! I’m Lindsey, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

Your calm center amidst life’s storms.

I provide therapy that is collaborative, practical, and grounded. My approach helps you pause, reflect, and gain insight while learning tools to manage stress, emotions, and life’s uncertainties.

I work with adults who may appear to “have it all together” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain inside. Whether you’re navigating career or relationship changes, life transitions, or personal growth challenges, therapy here supports you in building clarity, confidence, and resilience.

More About Lindsey

I haven’t always been a therapist. Before this work, I spent years in very different arenas — serving as a Division I College Women’s Lacrosse Coach, working in business development for an influencer marketing company, and coordinating event marketing for a private bank.

Sports have shaped me for as long as I can remember. I grew up playing anything I could get my hands on, eventually focusing on soccer, basketball, and lacrosse in high school. I went on to play Division I College Women’s Lacrosse and was later drafted to play professionally.

Being part of a team has always mattered to me. When you work with me, that’s the dynamic we build: we’re teammates, moving toward a shared goal — helping you grow into a steadier, more grounded version of yourself. Life throws plenty of obstacles our way, and you don’t have to navigate them alone. I’ll be alongside you, offering perspective, tools, and strategies you can experiment with until we land on what genuinely fits.

The mix of roles I’ve held — on and off the field — allows me to show up as a more well-rounded and adaptable counselor, ready to meet you where you are.

Who I Work With

Adults looking for clarity, balance, and growth

You might relate if you:

  • Are navigating change (career shifts, moves, relationship transitions, or redefining your sense of self after major life transitions).

  • Feel high-achieving but exhausted, ready to step off autopilot.

  • Want practical tools and insight, and are open to reflection and personal growth.

I focus on building insight, practicing skills, and taking intentional steps forward — therapy that supports both emotional well-being and practical progress.

    The “High-Functioning but Struggling” Client

On the outside, people see someone capable, organized, and “together.” On the inside, you’re quietly wrestling with perfectionism, self-doubt, or anxiety. You want more than coping — you want to live intentionally, aligned with your values, and with a sense of control over your choices. You’re willing to do the work to stop running on autopilot and start building the life you actually want.

    The “Performer & Achiever” Client

Your identity has long been tied to achievement and success — as an athlete, professional, or creative. But lately, the drive that once fueled you is leaving you burned out, questioning your purpose, or unsure who you are without constant accomplishment. You’re looking to explore what balance and fulfillment look like beyond performance, and to step into a life that feels meaningful on your own terms.

    The “Burned-out Caregiver/Helper” Client

You give so much of yourself to others — at work, at home, or in your community — that you’ve started to lose sight of your own needs. You feel drained, disconnected from yourself, and maybe even a little resentful. You’re not looking for a quick fix; you’re looking to reclaim your boundaries, reconnect with your purpose, and find balance between caring for others and caring for yourself.
